Returns Policy

Unused products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items that have been opened for use, personalized, or damaged by the customer may not qualify for return.

Email hello@smartstationery.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions for your order.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
